Today I want to share something with you with the intention that it gives you greater permission to live YOUR unique version of your life.

Me eight plus years of parenting have been very challenging for me and NOT what I was expecting.

It started with the birth of twin boys in January 2010, and then continued through a separation, a move, another child, and many business related transitions.

I have shared before how all of this change cracked me open in ways I had NEVER before experienced.

I was shocked at the deep questions, anger, frustration, sadness and loneliness that makes up this difficult space.

I needed to re-calibrate a completely new way of being, enjoying and doing.

I felt so out of sync, so lost.

I went through moments of deep depression, fear and anxiety.

I didn’t know who I was or what to do.

I threw myself back into counseling, a bit skeptical that there was anything thath I didn’t already know or hadn’t already tried.

I not so quickly (because I’m super stubborn) learned that  I had a lot to learn.

Finally, after two years, I am feeling more aligned, connected, and “myself.”

I am compelled to share what my very kind and gifted cousenlor shares with me.

I am always hoping to help you avoid some of the pain that I went through.  Or to maybe go through it faster, or feeling less alone.

To that end, Things Are Changing.

They have to.

We can’t all keep living this way.

I’m starting the change with one video and one phrase (#takenote).

If you are feeling lost, overwhelmed, tired, less than and you know you need to return to you…

If you are interested in what I talk about with my counselor and what she suggests and encourages

If you are curious about how Parents Who can support you in living your most contented, peaceful, beautiful life

I hope you will find this project valuable.
