I remember over a year ago sitting up in my bed and feeling like something had to change.

I was yelling a lot, crying in the closet a lot, and starting to feel numb.

It felt like I was at a crossroads.

While taking a walk one day I found a frog stuck in a pipe. He caused me to change my perspective and I made a decision that things had to change.

I committed to doing the hard work and to reclaiming my life.

As I sit here today writing this, I just finished celebrating the second birthday of the baby I was crying over in the closet, am publishing my 20th solo podcast episode and can honestly say the fog has lifted.
