My need to control things went into hyper-drive as soon as I became pregnant.

What I ate, how the nursery was decorated, what kind of car we would buy…nothing was off-limits.

It was this need to control that led to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt-out, tired and generally just unhappy.

I have spent many years identifying why I had such a need to control, what my barriers were to letting go of this control, how to let go and then to actually let. Go.
