Between the ages of 16 and 21, I had no less than 30 different jobs.
I like change. I like to try new things.
I’ve been camped out over on YouTube for awhile, but I’ve been missing podcasting.
So the podcast is back.
In this episode I hopefully make it clear that I have not clawed my way out of the depression and anxiety and overwhelm all by myself.
I have read upteen books, talked for hours on end with counselors, listened to TED talks, podcasts…
I feel like I have enough hindsight and enough information now to more accurately tell my story.
Listen today to hear:
-
The counterintuitive choice I made that was the catalyst for finding my way out of the wilderness
-
Who is to blame for anxiety in parents
-
How and why I rearranged the F*&ks I’ve been giving (don’t worry – I just say F’s – tell the kids it means farts)
-
What I’m not doing that may make you gasp
