You don’t want to yell, but you don’t know how to stop.
Why the heck are we even yelling in the first place?
Well, there’s a lot of reasons.
But before we get to those, let me assure you that you are not alone.
I too yell.
I’ve found some solutions that have curbed my bad habit and today I want to share them with you.
Us moms have to stick together.
We can’t let happy moms on diaper boxes or on TV ads lead us to believe that we are alone in yelling or that we’re bad moms.
