Have you been told that to get what you want you have to be consistent?

Me too.

Whether it’s with parenting, fitness, diet, career – being consistent is sold to as the answer to our problems.

If we could just be consistent we would be happier, healthier, more successful.

But having a goal or a mindset of being consistent can actually cause more harm than good.

You don’t have to be consistent to get what you want and what you need.

Today I share how my attempts at consistency led me to overwhelm and burnout, and what I learned to do instead.
